  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large loaf pan.
