  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese
  • â…“ cup powdered sugar
  • â…“ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth; fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18-23 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool completely before preparing the frosting by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar until fluffy; mix in sour cream and vanilla.
  5. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled brownies.
