  2. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Brown the meatballs in batches for about 5 minutes until golden.
  3. Sauté chopped onion in the same pot until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil before reducing to a simmer. Return meatballs to the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and fresh spinach; cook until spinach wilts (about 2 minutes).
  6. Serve hot with fresh basil as garnish.
