  • 1 lb heirloom tomatoes (mixed colors)
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 5 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 3 Tbsp tamari (low sodium)
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 23 tsp maple syrup
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions
