  • 6 sheets phyllo pastry
  • ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crumbled feta and ricotta until smooth.
  2. Unroll phyllo pastry, cover it with a damp towel, and cut into strips.
