  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1/2 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  3. While the potatoes cook, cut the chicken into cubes and season with olive oil and both seasoning mixes.
  4. Sauté the chicken in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Combine cooked potatoes and chicken in the skillet. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis.
  6. Broil briefly until the cheese is melted or cover on low heat until melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
