- 4 medium/large potatoes
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
- 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
- 1/2 packet Ranch seasoning
- 2 TBSP butter
- Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- While the potatoes cook, cut the chicken into cubes and season with olive oil and both seasoning mixes.
- Sauté the chicken in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown and cooked through.
- Combine cooked potatoes and chicken in the skillet. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis.
- Broil briefly until the cheese is melted or cover on low heat until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
