  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Pita bread
  • Fresh vegetables (such as cucumbers and tomatoes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and all spices to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade; coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly. Serve in warm pita bread with fresh veggies and garnishes.
