  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
