  • 46 burger buns
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
