  • ½ medium red onion
  • ½ cup pepperoncini rings
  • ½ cup black olives
  • 12 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes
  • ½ pound provolone cheese
  • ½ pound turkey slices
  • Italian Vinaigrette

Instructions
