  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in each egg one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients alternately with milk until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  7. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
