  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Preheat broiler to medium position.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
