  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk (as needed for texture)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt before gradually integrating into the wet mixture to form dough.
