  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 can chili beans, undrained
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • 4 oz. spaghetti or angel hair pasta, broken into thirds
  • 12 Tbs. mild chili powder
  • 1 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Shredded cheese for garnishing
  • Corn chips for garnishing
  • Sour cream for garnishing

Instructions

  1. 1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
