  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, seasoning it with garlic powder, salt, pepper, green onions, soy sauce, and optional sriracha.
  2. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts until caramelized.
  3. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with Brussels sprouts, pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring to combine.
  4. Serve immediately over rice or grain of choice.
