- 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Press and cube the tofu, then coat it in a mixture of cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
