  • 1 large egg
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  4. Pour two-thirds of the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese filling ingredients until smooth; pour over the batter in the pan.
  6. Top with remaining batter and smooth out gently.
  7. Bake for about 48 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean or with moist crumbs.
