  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package (12 oz) Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until cooked through but still soft; set aside.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; chop into pieces.
  5. Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them and place the bottoms in a baking dish. Add one cup of shredded cheese on top.
  6. Layer scrambled eggs and chopped turkey bacon over the cheese; top with remaining cheese and place on top buns.
  7. Mix melted butter with ranch seasoning and brush it over the top of the sliders.
