  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fruit juice or broth (replacement for Worcestershire sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking or air frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, imitation crab, green onions, garlic powder, fruit juice or broth, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each into about a 4-inch disk.
  4. Spoon about 1 ½ tablespoons of filling onto each disk and seal by pinching the edges tightly.
  5. Arrange on a greased baking sheet or air fryer basket seam-side down.
  6. Brush with beaten egg for shine.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow cooling slightly before serving with sweet chili sauce.
