  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with foil.
