  • ½ avocado

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ purple onion
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 radish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté chopped purple onion until fragrant.
  2. Add riced cauliflower and cook until tender; avoid overcooking for a light texture.
  3. In a bowl, mix lime juice, honey, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and salt. Marinate chicken chunks for flavor.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken in the skillet until golden brown.
