  • 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 large cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

  2. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper; dredge lightly in flour. Sauté in olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter, softened cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, and minced garlic. Stir and simmer until thickened.
