  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk (regular, oat, or almond)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add milk and vanilla; stir until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet mixture; mix gently.
  4. Fold in blueberries carefully.
  5. Grease a donut pan and fill molds three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk (or alternative), and vanilla until smooth; dip cooled donuts in the glaze.
