  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in apple cider; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and apple pie spice.
  4. In another bowl, combine sugars and egg with the butter-cider mixture until well blended.
  5. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
